Can my local government use CityGrows?

Yes! There are no restrictions on who can use CityGrows. Our platform is used by cities, towns, and counties with populations ranging from 500 to 4,000,000.

Can we trial CityGrows before paying?

Sure! You and your team members can test out CityGrows on our free plan for up to 2 months.

What is a workflow?

A workflow is a form, permit or application process that you build on CityGrows. Once you set up a workflow, you can test it and then add the link to your government's website so your constituents or team members can use it. Governments create all kinds of workflows on CityGrows - dog licensing, business registration, building and zoning permits, employee evaluations...

We offer fast email support to free accounts and prioritized help for paid accounts.

How long does it take to learn how to use CityGrows?

We built CityGrows to be used by non-technical staff making your team more agile in responding to policy changes or updates. The platform is simple to learn and start working with immediately. Some of our customers get their first processes live within a single week. You can get started from scratch, or copy a workflow that another government has developed and used and get going even faster.
